The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of operations of assigned properties. You will be the face of the
management company as well as take care of all issues that come up with the property.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Manage service requests, including scheduling and ensuring completion.

Manage Apt turnover process with contractors
*
Managing the on-site staff productivity and any other issues
that may come up
- Materials

Review and approve orders for materials and services.
- Contractors

Schedule and Negotiate with contractors as needed.
- Site Visits

Regular on sight property inspections notating deficiencies and take corrective action.
- Emergency Contact

Respond to emergency situations during work and non-work hours.

- We have a very strong corporate support team with excellent training
protocols to help you on board quickly and efficiently.
This is in addition to our regular mentoring you will receive

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong Computer Skills and working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook a must.
- General knowledge of building mechanicals, boilers, repairs in carpentry, electric, plumbing, painting, taping & spackle, etc.
- Must have the ability to successfully interact with tenants in a professional manner.
