- line phone calls, scheduling repairs, ordering and returning parts.
**DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Orders and tracks parts, and parts returns.
- Collect and record payments for completed repairs.
- Greets and assists customers, schedules vehicles for estimates, checks-in vehicles, prepares estimates for customers where appropriate, performs follow
- up calls to customers.
- Asks for the sale and/or attempts to schedule customers for an estimate or repair.
- Occasionally provides rides for customers or transports vehicles to subcontractors.
- Performs data entry in Quickbooks system.
- Reviews repair orders for accuracy and consistency. Coordinates with insurance companies for initial and supplemental estimates.
- Schedules Sublet work with various subcontractors.
- Maintains and organizes vendor invoices, employee files, office supplies and front office.
- Provide accurate, timely payroll and Human Resource-related administration and recordkeeping.
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of prior general office management and direct customer service experience required.
- High school degree, or equivalent
- Knowledge of and use of word processing and management systems
- Strong attention to details, patient and able to multi-task.
- Ability to receive direction and work well with others.
- Good verbal and written skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Gmail Suite
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- Monday - Friday (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.), with possibility of Saturday hours a few times a year
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
