Supermarket Rack Refrigeration Commercial Technician

**Responsibilities**:
- Service commercial/supermarket refrigeration equipment and systems to include walk-in coolers, freezers, small self-contained equipment, reach-ins, Rack Units, etc.
- Experience servicing medium and low-temperature refrigeration equipment.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance as needed and, or assigned for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing functioning of Refrigeration systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment with mínimal supervision.
- Work and drive safely, using appropriate safety gear and techniques
- Ability to service clients in a 24/7 environment with on-call responsibilities
- Experience working with 507,404A,448, 449, CO2 refrigerants
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Experience servicing/installing rack systems
- Perform other duties as directed by the Supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines when working with refrigerants
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed
- Willingness to support other geographic service areas is a plus
**Qualifications**
- Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration : 3+years
- Expeirence working on Rack Refrigeration : 3+years
- Independent ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems
- Technical training through apprenticeship, RSES, trade school, or equivalent work experience
- Valid Driver's License/ Clean Driving Record
- EPA Certification
Please note that a valid driver's license is required for this position.
**Salary**: $29.00 - $36.00 per hour
Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
