Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to join our team. The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our programs. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as expertise in budgeting, program development, and relationship management.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement program strategies and initiatives to meet organizational goals
- Manage program budgets and ensure financial resources are allocated effectively
- Supervise program staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to build and maintain relationships
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in the field
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness
- Oversee program evaluation activities to measure impact and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular reports to senior management on program performance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, behavioral health)
- Proven experience in program development and management
- Strong knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and administrative skills

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
