Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.

**Duties**:

- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding flooring products that meet their needs and preferences
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Meet with customers in their home to measure and provide a quote.
- Input all customer details/quotes in the CRM system.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail flooring sales is required.
- Forklift driving experience preferred
- Knowledge of lighting design, retail math, remodeling, stock management, Sketchup, CAD, or layout design is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evenings as needed
- Rotating weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
