- Take charge of maintenance coordination, ensuring our park remains a vibrant and welcoming environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bring your vibrant personality and passion for providing exceptional customer service to every interaction.
- Possess a deep understanding of property management laws and regulations, along with a commitment to compliance and excellence.
- Flex your tech muscles with proficiency in property management software systems, ideally including experience with Rent Manager.

- Previous experience in property management or a related field is a bonus, as is a background in sales.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
