We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at KORU HEALTH LLC. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nutritional needs.
- Provide assistance with preparing meals, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe physical environment.
- Assist residents with ambulation and transfers, ensuring their safety and mobility.
- Administer medications and maintain related reporting requirements, adhering to organizational and regulatory guidelines.
- Perform delegated tasks as instructed by the RN Administrator, Executive Director, or Lead Caregiver.
- Document observations and activities in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA policies.
- High School education and six months of experience as a personal aide, Caregiver, or equivalent life experience.
- Certification of CNA or MA completion is preferred.
- Reliability and flexibility in scheduling, with excellent attendance and ability to work holidays and weekends as required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Ability to demonstrate patience, understanding, tolerance, and emotional/physical ability to meet the daily needs of our residents.
- Knowledge of and compliance with all building regulations, Department of Health and Family Services requirements, and OSHA standards.
