**Duties**:
As a Supervisory Intelligence Operations Specialist, GS-0132-15, your typical work assignments may include:

- Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of a Branch with-in a Mission Center, ensuring the Mission Center development, refinement, validation, and articulation of strategy, policy and programs, resource management, budget, execution, and programming activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs and IC standards.
- As Branch Chief, manages the daily operations of the Branch and assists the Mission Management Team in strategic management by developing, implementing, and managing the full range of Mission Center activities.
- Represents I&A senior leadership and the mission center at meetings, interagency and intergovernmental teleconferences, secure video teleconferences, working groups and committees, and during times of crisis requiring 24/7 leadership coverage.
- Develops goals and objectives integrating organizational and Mission Center objectives.

- May be required to work in shifts on a rotational basis in support of 24-hour operations.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Security clearance.

**Qualifications**:
**Specialized Experience**:
To qualify for a GS-15 position you must possess the specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in Federal service or equivalent private/public sector service that has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
- For this position, specialized experience is defined as:

- Experience conducting and leading unclassified and classified all-source intelligence analysis on Economic Security and supply chain/critical infrastructure threats to inform customers and guide their policies and operations.
- Preparing and conducting all-source intelligence briefings to provide senior decision makers and technical and nontechnical customers with acritical understanding of the cyber threat.
- Establishing threat intelligence partnerships and collaborations with analytic counterparts throughout the IC, and with federal, state, local, or private sector stakeholders.
