This position is part of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), Office of Information Technology (OIT). As a Supervisory IT Specialist (AI/Digital Experience), you will be responsible for leading, directing and managing a staff, portfolio and resources that will take advantage of Artificial intelligence (AI) and robotic processing to improve customer experience while ensuring compliance with federal AI policies and laws.
Duties
As a Supervisory IT Specialist, you will:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on AI and robotic processes to ensure agency compliance with federal AI policies and laws.
- Serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees within Artificial Intelligence and Digital Experience.
- Develop a compelling portfolio or product vision for the agency to deliver capabilities that empower differentiated customer experiences and deliver breakthrough business value.
- Provide cutting-edge digital services to the agency including but not limited to, product and platform management, agile application development, robust enterprise cloud services, advanced data analytics, and visualization capabilities.
- Establish a vision, strategy, and operational plan that will drive the ongoing modernization of Information Technology (IT), AI and digital services that support DFC staff and partners to achieve the DFC mission.
- Formulate technology investments decision by assessing opportunities for reusing Enterprise solutions and/or building new ones.
