- Collect and dispose of leaves, branches, and other debris.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and storage facilities.
- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
- Customer Interaction:

- Communicate with clients in a professional manner.
- Address client concerns and relay information to supervisors.

Qualifications:

- Education and Experience:

- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is required.
- Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Knowledge of horticulture and plant care is beneficial.
- Proficiency with landscaping tools and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications:

- Valid driver’s license may be required.

Working Conditions:

- Outdoor work environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting for extended periods.

Compensation:

- Competitive hourly wage or salary commensurate with experience.
