We are currently in search of a skilled and dedicated IV Infusion Nurse to become a valued member of our medical practice situated in Midtown Manhattan. Dr. Raphael Kellman, a trailblazer in holistic medicine boasting over 25 years of experience, leads our team. We're seeking an individual who shares our passion for Integrative and Functional Medicine, which Dr. Kellman often refers to as Foundational Medicine, as it addresses the underlying causes of health issues. As an IV Infusion Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care and administering a variety of non-surgical treatments. Your expertise will significantly contribute to our patients' journey toward optimal health by addressing the root causes of their health concerns. We expect you to maintain the utmost professionalism and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
**You will**:
- Perform a variety of procedures on patients, including but not limited to taking vitals, administering IV therapies, phlebotomy work, injection preparation, etc.
- Conduct patient medical testing such as EKG, TRH stimulation test, Sudoscan, breath test, etc.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment details, progress notes, and any adverse events.
- Provide thorough instructions to patients regarding treatments to ensure patients feel comfortable and well-informed.
- Manage medical supply inventory, including receiving, storing, and monitoring expiration dates for medications and compounds.
- Prescription refills and prior authorization requests for medications.
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control, hygiene, and sanitation in accordance with regulatory guidelines and internal protocol.
- Perform different types of treatments for patients such as NovoTHOR, Magnesphere, TruSculpt, Emsculpt Neo, Ozone therapy, Sunetics, etc.
- Support our team of medical professionals and staff by assisting physicians in patient care, transmitting e-prescriptions, etc.
- Foster a warm, welcoming, and empathetic environment to all patients.
- Maintain all HIPPA complaint regulations and protocols.
- Be a liaison with pharmacies and laboratories to make sure all needs are handled.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
- Proven experience (5 years) in nursing with at least 1 year of experience in IV infusion therapy.
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
