We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our Firm Administrator, managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and general administrative activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Mail/ package handling
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist Sr. Administrator in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain a filing system
- Assist Sr. Administrator in updating and maintaining office policies and procedures
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Maintain contact lists
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with Senior Administrator to handle requests and queries from managers

**Skills**
- Basic knowledge of office procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Proficiency in Social Media Platforms ( Facebook, Linked-in, etc.)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Pay: $32,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
