Initially envisioned in 2018 and established in March 2023, we are a wellness and behavioral health center serving the state of Maryland. As a collaborative community partner, accredited by The Joint Commission, we provide a safe space for individuals to seek comprehensive and compassionate care. Our aim is to cultivate a sense of well-being and facilitate our client's path to recovery, all while making sure they feel valued and supported throughout their wellness journey. Specifically, we offer substance abuse counseling (IOP/OP) and community integration/skill-building services (PRP). We proudly aim to over deliver for the underserved.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and assist in-person clients with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain the physical standards of the office, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
**Administrative Support**:
- Coordinate patient appointments, including scheduling and rescheduling.
- Manage client communications, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
- Support administrative tasks for our behavioral health programs, including maintaining records and managing documentation. For example, insurance authorization, client attendance tracking, and billing report creation.
**Programming Support**:
- Assist in planning, executing, and attending internal and external events as needed.
- Promoting program services to the community.
- Coordinating with community partners for outreach events.
- Collaborate with team members to support various programs and initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in healthcare administration or related fields is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency required (English/Spanish preferred).
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in the behavioral healthcare industry.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and other office management software.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
