We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Assistant to join our mobile imaging company. As a Veterinary Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support during imaging procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and maintaining accurate records. If you are confident, fun, DEPENDABLE, have excellent patient handling skills and a genuine love for animals, then you'll fit right in Opening is for four days a week starting in the beginning of August.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance during imaging procedures, including patient restraint, positioning, and preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are readily available.
- Accurately record and enter patient data into our electronic systems.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members, providing exceptional customer service.
- Lift and handle large pets with care and in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Demonstrate computer literacy by effectively navigating our software systems and maintaining accurate records.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Veterinary Assistant or technician is required.
- Must be able to meetup in south austin
- Kyle region each morning.
- Ability to lift and handle large pets with ease and maintain proper restraint techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using electronic medical record systems.
- Dependable transportation required
- Fear free certification a plus
- Clean background check
