Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Manager and Front Desk staff member to join our team. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience. If you have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overlook all employees during your shift
- Understand and know how to operate the POS System
- Provide quality customer service to all patrons
- Be prepared to help with customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Assist with each area of the facility (Front Desk, Snack Bar, Skate Rental, Cleaning)
- Be able to open or close the building

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or management is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling payment systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends only

Work setting:

- In-person

Work Location: In person
