Assistant Project Manager

- An assistant project manager should be able to see the project from start to finish and make sure everything is updated correctly and all processes are progressing. _
- The two most important traits are accuracy in data-entry and doing what it takes to move the customers from being signed to getting activated._
- You will daily update and sync work orders with our master documents and solve problems for customers who gets stuck in the process._
- This position is the step in to become Project Coordinater, and then Project Manager._

**Responsibilities and Job Duties** include, but are not limited to:

- Keep track of current projects, what is done, and the next steps.
- Coordinate and answer customer reviews online (Google reviews, BBB, Trustpilot, etc)
- Talk to customers from different projects if needs be.
- Send project updates via online portal and mail.
- Keep track of numbers for specific areas.
- Make sure project boundaries and information are correct in internal systems.
- Add finished projects to the 811 Sunshine utility GIS map.
- Coordinate internally to make sure everything regarding the projects are correct.
- Do whatever is needed for our projects to do well, reach the number of customers to specific deadlines, and help with whatever is needed for the project to succeed.
