**What You Can Expect as a Sales MIT**
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to enhance the sales team's performance through effective training and strong leadership.
- Conduct sales meetings and trainings to motivate the team towards achieving targets.
- Foster mentorship and collaboration with departments like Marketing and Installation for a cohesive sales approach.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase our unique product line and address homeowner needs.
- Establish, monitor, and evaluate individual sales performance, providing guidance for achieving full potential.

**Qualifications for Success**
- **MUST LIVE IN THE AREA & BE WILLING TO RELOCATE IN THE NEXT 12-18 MONTHS (COMPANY-SPONSORED RELOCATION)**:

- **5 Years Minimum Sales Experience**: Leverage your commissioned sales expertise.
- **2 Years Minimum Management/Leadership Experience Preferred**: Develop leadership skills in a supportive environment.
- **Schedule**: Available for middays, evenings, and Saturday appointments.
- **Valid Driver’s License with Reliable Transportation & Auto Insurance: Equipped for success on the road.**
