Title of Position: Sales and Events Manager


Job Description: As the Sales & Events Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and creating exceptional experiences for our club members. The Sales and Event Manager's day-to-day responsibilities will include managing all aspects of event planning, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up. This includes coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal staff to ensure the smooth execution of events. You will also be responsible for generating new leads and nurturing relationships with existing clients to increase event bookings. Additionally, you will oversee the sales process for private club memberships, actively promoting our exclusive offerings to potential members. Furthermore, you will be expected to analyze sales data regularly and report on performance metrics, enabling us to optimize our strategies and product offerings. Your duties will involve creating detailed proposals and contracts, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring all events meet our high standards of quality and service.

Qualifications:

The Sales & Events Manager must have open availability to work flexible hours

Previous sales experience in the hospitality industry is required for the Sales & Events Manager

The Sales & Events Manager must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous event planning experience, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously is required for the Sales & Events Manager

The Sales & Events Manager must have strong organizational and time management skills
