**Role Description**:
We are currently seeking a driven and energetic outside sales representative, with a hunter mentality, to join our team. Focused on food, beer, wine, and spirits sales, the sales representative will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, driving sales growth, and representing our portfolio of food & beverages with passion and professionalism. This position requires daily driving between accounts to visit clients and ensure their needs are met. The territory will cover the greater Chicago area and surrounding suburbs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies with a hunter mindset to drive revenue and market share, targeting both on-premise and off-premise accounts.
- Prospect aggressively for new business opportunities and establish relationships with local retailers, bars, restaurants, and other venues.
- Occasionally conduct engaging product tastings, promotional events, and sales presentations to showcase our beverage portfolio and generate excitement among customers.
- Optimize product placement on store shelves and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure long-term account growth.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance, manage customer interactions, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
- Drive daily to visit accounts ensuring consistent and effective coverage of the territory.

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of opening and growing new accounts.
- Possession of a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle for daily travel between accounts.
- Previous experience in beverage and food sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of the beer, wine, and spirits industry, is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, combined with a results-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Passion for and knowledge of a wide range of beverages, including beer, wine, and spirits strongly preferred.

Pay: $51,307.20 - $70,000.00 per year
