**Job Summary**:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business-to-business sales by identifying new prospects, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and maintaining connections with existing customers. Your role includes generating leads, qualifying opportunities, delivering proposals and presentations, and supporting the sale of our products and equipment lines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cold calling and lead generation to identify new prospective accounts.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote and support our product and equipment lines.
- Qualify new accounts and sales opportunities.
- Provide ROI analyzers, proposals, price quotes, and sales presentations.
- Collaborate with team members and vendor representatives to support customers.
- Establish strategic relationships and solve customer problems.
- Regularly update the CRM system with all sales and opportunity activity.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and stay current with industry trends.
- Utilize PackSmart’s Proven Process and Packaging Assessment process to grow your customer base and generate new opportunities.
- Determine pricing structures for new and existing customers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of outside business-to-business sales experience; experience or knowledge of the packaging industry is a plus.
- At least 1 year of CRM experience (Salesforce CRM experience preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- A driven, “hunter” mindset with strong prospecting and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to negotiate and gain commitment from clients.
