**Technical Platform Support Specialist (with UI Design Experience)**

As a Technical Platform Support Specialist at, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our platform and providing outstanding support to our users. Your expertise in user interface (UI) design will also contribute to enhancing the visual appeal and usability of our platform. If you are a problem-solving enthusiast with a knack for technical support and a keen eye for design aesthetics, we encourage you to apply.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Proven ability to learn technical concepts and tools quickly, with a background in UI design.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and aptitude for learning in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and problem-solving with mínimal guidance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in design and wireframing tools.

**What Will Help You Excel in This Role**:

- Prior experience in technical support, preferably in a B2B or SaaS/PaaS environment.
- Familiarity with technical writing, including creating troubleshooting and navigation steps for websites.
- Curiosity and attention to detail to identify the core of issues and drive effective solutions.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
