Customer Service Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for technicians based on customer requests, availability, and service requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technicians, dispatchers, and management, to optimize scheduling efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Use our enterprise scheduling system to maintain accurate records of service appointments, including customer information, service details, and technician assignments.
- Monitor and manage service calendars and schedules to ensure timely completion of appointments and schedule follow-up services when necessary.
- Prioritize urgent service requests and emergency calls, and escalate issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
- Provide administrative support to the service department, such as data entry, filing, and generating reports as requested.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certificate in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in the electrical or service industry is preferred but not required.
- Will provide training if needed.
Hours: 8am - 4:30pm with overtime available on weekends
Familiarity with Microsoft Office necessary
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
