**Responsibilities**:

- Prescribe medical examinations and treatment plans for patients.
- Coordinate medical treatment plans with other team members.
- Answer the phone and schedule patient appointments.
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with patients and their families, as well as develop a network of community contacts.
- Conduct medical interviews and physical exams.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
