Medical Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals in patient examinations and procedures.
- Record and maintain accurate patient medical histories and vital signs.
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Administer injections and medications as directed by healthcare providers.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and handle specimen collection. Request Lab results.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient patient flow.
- Maintain electronic health records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Medical Assistant certification or relevant qualification.
- Must be Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Ability to collaborate with other team members in providing efficient and professional care.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a caring demeanor are highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
