We are seeking a _**Detail Manager**_ to oversee and manage the detailing operations at our _**car dealership**_. The Detail Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and quality in all vehicles on our lot. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Training**: Lead a team of detailers, providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure they perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and enforce rigorous quality control standards to ensure that all vehicles meet or exceed dealership and customer expectations in terms of cleanliness and presentation.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, detailing schedules, and supplies inventory. Coordinate with the sales and service departments to prioritize vehicles for detailing based on business needs.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Oversee the maintenance and repair of detailing equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Work closely with the sales and service teams to address any customer concerns related to vehicle cleanliness and appearance. Strive to enhance customer satisfaction through consistently impeccable vehicle presentation.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure that all detailing activities comply with health and safety regulations and dealership policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective measures as needed.
- **Cost Management**: Monitor detailing expenses, including labor, supplies, and equipment maintenance, to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the detailing operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in automotive detailing or car dealership operations preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of detailing techniques, products, and equipment.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in automotive detailing or management is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
