Duties as a Construction and Facilities Compliance Warranty Manager:

Will include managing the warranty processes thought out the projects life cycle, claims, and establishing and implementing warranty-related policies and procedures. You will analyze and assess warranty claims and data to determine their validity, eligibility, and accuracy on all new construction, renovations and existing properties. Prepare regular reports and manage warranty databases.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining vendor required insurance policies to ensure compliance. Provide training and assistance to team members.

Essential skills for Warranty Managers include exceptional technical knowledge, communication, analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving.

Warranty Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

* Establish and implement warranty-related policies and procedures
* Manage warranty processes, claims, and daily warranty operations
* Analyze and evaluate warranty data and claims to determine validity, accuracy, and eligibility
* Inspect defective products and other issues by gathering relevant data
* Manage and monitor warranty databases to maintain accurate records
* Liaise and collaborate with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to address and resolve warranty-related issues
* Produce regular reports and analyses on warranty claims and performance metrics
* Conduct audits to ensure compliance with warranty policies and standards
* Provide guidance, leadership, and training to team members on warranty processes
* Administer warranty costs and budgets, including forecasting and expenses

Warranty Manager Requirements:

* Microsoft programs
* Strong understanding of general warranty.
* Ability to assess and interpret technical documentation and specifications
* Outstanding analytical skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation
* Attention to detail
* Problem-solving
