Business Unit Description:

Job Title/High Level Position Summary: QC Document Control Specialist 2
Makes daily moves of workorders and receiving lots as well as coordinating returns to the vendors through the NCMR and RTV (RMA) process. Will also route redlined forms, inspection sheets, and other specifications as directed by the QC Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the RTV/RMA Spreadsheet
- QC Supplier Contact for coordinating NCMR information to the vendor.
- Make Oracle transactions to move receiver lots as well as work orders.
- Route change orders in Agile (Specs, forms, Inspection Sheets)
- Create shipping documents (domestic & International) for product returns.
- Inspect product from vendors as needed (material, packaging, IFU’s)
- Any other duties as assigned by the QC Supervisor.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
- High School Education or equivalent.
- Oracle and Agile knowledge.
- Basic Excel spreadsheets.
Travel Requirements:
- None

- Customer focus, Action oriented, Integrity & trust, friendly attitude, problem solver, & works well both as a team & alone.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30lbs regularly required.
