Control Risks' Embedded Consulting Services is seeking a skilled Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Specialist to support a leading Electronics client.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage a variety of GSOC technologies, including access control systems, intrusion detection, video surveillance, and emergency notification systems.
Coordinate and dispatch support services for medical emergencies, security incidents, fire alarms, safety concerns, natural disasters, and administrative requests, collaborating with internal emergency response teams, law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical services to ensure timely resource allocation.
Analyze threat intelligence reports that may affect the client, utilizing open-source information, intelligence assessments, and alerts from vendors.
Assess, escalate, and communicate incidents to appropriate internal and external stakeholders, managing the incident lifecycle effectively.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with the GSOC supervisor.
Assist with projects, special events, and additional responsibilities as directed by the GSOC Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications:
A minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in a call center, security command, or operations center role, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
Military or law enforcement background is advantageous.
Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deliver timely outputs in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to operate effectively and communicate under pressure.
Self-driven with the capability to make independent decisions while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
Compensation:
Control Risks provides a competitive compensation and benefits package that is clearly outlined in the full job offer.
Salary Range:
$55,000-$60,000 Base, plus Bonus.
