**Customer Service Representative**

**Overview**:
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative where you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. As a key point of contact, you will engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers to build rapport and trust
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer interactions
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
- Experience in sales or upselling is advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred

Pay: $19.64 - $20.49 per hour
