As stated in the headline this is an OVERNIGHT position and an Old School Mentality is Required. The type that believes kids don't know what's best which is why they're kids. They do not have a choice when it comes to listening, and they move at your pace NOT theirs. My style is one of the strictest styles their is but at the same time definitely the funniest.
Dinner time is 630 and bedtime is 930, once he's laying down there's nothing left to do but be here in case he wakes up. Once he's asleep you ARE allowed to sleep yourself, or take advantage of the perks of the house.
