Job Summary

We are currently hiring for a Market Client Service Representative. This position is unique as it will allow you to travel to the surrounding branches as needed, giving you the opportunity to work at several different branches and get to know the personalities at each location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Introduce bank products and services to customers
  • Participate in the sales program
  • Process debit and credit transactions
  • Assist with customer relation issues
  • Manage the banking center vault, including balancing the vault, disbursing cash to other designated team members, and ordering/shipping currency as needed
  • Open new accounts

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2-3 years of cash handling experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent balancing record
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes of coin
