Director of Product Development
Bony Levy is looking to welcome an experienced Director of Product Development to our team This on-site role will support the organization by executing the vision, strategy and design of our product line while managing the process. Building relationship with factories and key internal collaboration are integral in this role to ensure the product line creation, integrity of inventory and the life cycle of product with their product development team.
Product Line Creation and Management (including oversight to Los Angeles production), Strong Communication, Customer First Mindset, Creative with Attention to detail, Strong coach and collaborator, Market and trend knowledge and the ability to Manage and deliver organizational goals.
- Creation and curation of product line with product development team to include vision, strategy, pricing strategy and key product drivers.
- Managing PLM system, item set up and inventory integrity
- Create, lead and manage market presentations and collaboration with sales on product life cycle.
- Factory relationships, sourcing and procurement or raw material.
- Trend and Market knowledge and strategy

This role is on-site in Los Angeles, 8-5:30(+) and requires travel and occasional weekends.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
