Key Responsibilities- Lead the UI/UX testing roadmap and oversee UI/UX design to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric digital experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key features and pain points of the current site and develop a comprehensive roadmap for the redesign.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive UI/UX testing strategy to enhance the overall user experience.
- Conduct thorough analyses of user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to implement best practices.
- Provide guidance and direction to the UI/UX designer, ensuring design elements align with brand aesthetics and user preferences.
- Partner with Development, Customer Experience (CX), and E-commerce teams to align product strategies with business goals.
- Drive initiatives that enhance sales, usability, and conversion optimization through seamless integration with the overall customer journey.
- Implement robust analytics tools to monitor website performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- 10+ years of experience in a Director of Product or similar role in an e-commerce or digital-focused environment.
- Strong background in UI/UX design and testing methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce trends, digital marketing, and customer experience optimization.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
- Annual Base Salary Range is $170,000 - $180,000k (based on experience) + Bonus
