- Manage all aspects of property leasing, including marketing, sales, and tenant relations
- Handle lease renewals and terminations
- Ensure compliance with all regulations
- Utilize Resman or similar software for property management tasks
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Address tenant concerns and resolve maintenance issues promptly
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure property upkeep
- Conduct regular property inspections
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in property management or related field
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Proficiency in Resman software preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Knowledge of property lease up process.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
