USC Athletics is looking to hire a **Director of Operations for Olympic Sports** to join our staff and student community of 600+ individuals. This role is responsible for assisting with the management of program logistics for a subset of Olympic sports, which could include men’s and women’s tennis, men’s and women’s golf, and rowing.

Additional requirements may include assisting with the supervision of student managers.

This is an exempt position with work expected in the evenings and on weekends.

Roles and responsibilities to include:

- Coordinate team travel and assist with recruiting travel, including hotel, air and ground transportation, itineraries, and meals.
- Manage program budgets, purchases, and reimbursements.
- Maintain daily, semester, and annual team schedules.
- Assist with recruiting visits and gameday operations.
- Communicate program needs to senior administration and support staff.
- Support student-athletes in areas of onboarding, housing, meal plans, financial aid, etc.
- Promote an environment that fosters inclusive relationships and creates unbiased opportunities for contributions through ideas, words, and actions that uphold principles of the USC Code of Ethics.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. The University reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be analytical, organized, and an outstanding communicator.
- Specific sports operational management experience or administrative experience required, preferably in a university environment.
- Knowledge about the various aspects of a specific sports game required.
- Knowledge of NCAA regulations required. Extensive knowledge of NCAA compliance regulations preferred.
- Experience working in higher education and/or a sports related field ideal.
