- Follow up on titles and required documents from banks and/or dealers
- Assist in month end closing and schedule reconciliation
- Support financial management by providing timely and accurate financial information
- Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned
- Maintain documentation of accounting processes and procedures

**Experience**:

- General dealership accounting experience is preferred
- Familiarity with CDK is helpful, but not required
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
