Position Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk at 360 Legal, Inc., you will play a crucial role in managing our accounts receivable processes. You will be responsible for handling invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation using Oracle NetSuite. This role requires a high level of accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

·         Invoicing and Payment Processing: Generate and send invoices to clients using Oracle NetSuite, process incoming payments, and record transactions accurately.

·         Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers, address discrepancies, and ensure that all transactions are recorded correctly in Oracle NetSuite.

·         Collections and Follow-Up: Monitor accounts receivable aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts, and coordinate with clients to resolve billing issues.

·         Reporting: Prepare and review reports related to accounts receivable, including aging summaries and cash flow projections.

·         Communication: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to address billing inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.

·         Month-End and Year-End Closing: Assist with the preparation of financial reports and support the month-end and year-end closing processes.

·         Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

·         Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or a related field preferred.

·         Experience: Proven experience in accounts receivable, with hands-on experience using Oracle NetSuite.

·         Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

·         Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for accuracy.

·         Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Problem-Solving: Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues efficiently.
