Inside Sales Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate new sales leads
- Make warm calls to potential customers and engage in consultative selling
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools

Pay: $760.88 - $1,400.00 per week
