**Basic Qualifications**:

- Must have and maintain DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
- Experience implementing the NIST SP800-53 Security Controls
- Experience performing the continuous monitoring of system security controls
- Possess the ability to work with multiple customers, and must be able to build and maintain effective team and customer relationships
- Possess strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and organizational, troubleshooting skills

**Desired Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
- Previous experience as an Information System Security Officer or Information System Security Manager
- Experience with SPLUNK
- Experience with DoD Security Directives, Policies, Publications and Regulations.
- Excellent communications skills

**Security Clearance Statement**:This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

**Ability to Work Remotely**:Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

**Work Schedules**:Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

**Schedule for this Position**:4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
