International Customer Service/accounts Receivable

We seek a hard-working, bilingual, motivated individual to join our team and will train you to succeed in this role.

Job Summary:
As an International Customer Service/Accounts Receivable Specialist you will assist our International Sales Manager by communicating with our international customers, entering orders, and processing payments. This is a vital role within our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining positive relationships with our international customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service and sales support by responding to inquiries and resolving customer concerns promptly in both English and Spanish.
- Enter orders in our computer systems accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure we receive payment from international customers.
- Monitor international customer accounts for overdue payments and resolve any billing issues.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent phone and office etiquette regarding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with computer functions with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Problem solving skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
