Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate jobs with customers, ensuring that they are kept informed
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Receive and record Telephone calls
- Perform data entry and order entry tasks
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Utilize phone systems to handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Assist with invoicing tasks using QuickBooks and Service bench software software
- Assist with scheduling and Tracking Technicians
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail

Qualifications:

- Quickbooks Desktop 1 year experience in invoicing with accounting software
- Service Bench Software - 1 year experience
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment is a must
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Previous experience in the home services field is preferred
- Professional phone etiquette and strong customer service skills
