**Work Schedule and Additional Information**:

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
- ** Telework**:You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days per week, upon successful completion of the required six month probationary period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Minimum Experience and Training Requirements**:

- One year as a Human Resource Analyst 2 in the area of the parenthetical; **or**:

- One year as a Field Human Resource Officer 1, and one year of professional experience in the area of the parenthetical; **or**:

- Two years of experience in the performance of professional human resource work, including one year of professional experience in the area of the parenthetical; and a bachelor's degree; **or**:

- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
