Founded in 1933, Fusion Incorporated is a world leader in the manufacture of brazing and soldering pastes and fluxes, as well as automated applicator equipment and systems. We sell our highly engineered capital equipment and consumables to OEM’s, tier producers, and fabricators. We seek a talented individual to join our team in the role of Controller at our Willoughby, Ohio headquarters.

Reporting to the President, the Controller has responsibility for month end close, consolidations and generation of financial statements, analysis, budgeting, standard costing activities, internal controls and audits, management of cash flows, collections and payments, banking relationships, risk management, and management of the accounting staff. Additionally, the Controller provides support to operations management, oversees IT related activities, and provides some support to HR. Uniquely, there is presently a controller in place who will be retiring in the near future, and the new controller will have the benefit of working closely with the current controller in order to learn the operations.

We seek a talented individual with a proven track record as Controller in a manufacturing environment (batch manufacturing and/or machine fabrication experience is preferred), experience in a smaller, privately held organization is preferred, and strong ERP acumen (we use Macola).
