The candidate should have at least two years of field marketing experience in Home Care and/or MLTC in New York. The individual is needed to work preferably in Manhattan and the Bronx. Must have prior healthcare marketing experience. Must demonstrate great communication, negotiation, and public relations skills. Must have the ability to host presentations professionally. Must be a creative thinker and be a team player. Must be able to meet set goals

Experience:

  • Home Care: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Negotiation: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities to include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with contract referral sources.
  • Conduct individual/group presentations for health care professionals, seniors, and others in order to reach Medicaid eligible home care patients.
  • Enroll and refer Medicaid-eligible individuals to contract sources.
  • Generate home care patient referrals from existing and potential accounts.
  • Marketers are expected to come in with an established client base and build a remaining book of business from scratch.
