As a Homecare Staffing Coordinator, you will work with our therapist to provide quality service and to ensure clients get the services they need. The Service Coordinator will often be the initial contact, so having good people skills is necessary. You will also need to build strong relationships with our partners and therapist to ensure clients receive the best care possible.

You will be in constant communication with the Home Care Team, Business Development team and field providers. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills are also required for this role.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct provider.
- Communicate with other team members regarding availability for the cases.
- Maintain and exceed monthly staffing goals according appropriate timelines. (generally staffing should be done within same day but no longer 48 hour period max)
- Maintain and develop excellent relationships with providers.
- Update provider profile as soon as notified of any changes, including but not limited to
- change of phone number, address, Zip Code preference, etc.
- Provide feedback regarding staffing issues; such as no availability based on language, or location; biweekly.
- Cross-train and provide back-up coverage for agency liaison, this could include assistance with other tasks when needed.
- Participate in bi-weekly team meetings

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
