As a Field Marketing Specialist for our Home Care agency, you will play a crucial role in driving awareness, generating leads, and expanding our client base within our target communities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, building relationships with referral sources, and representing our agency at various events and networking opportunities. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the home care industry and the ability to effectively communicate our services to potential clients and partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Developing Marketing Strategies**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our home care services to target audiences.
- **Building Relationships**: Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, senior living communities, hospitals, physicians, social workers, and community organizations.
- **Networking and Outreach**: Attend networking events, trade shows, health fairs, and community outreach programs to promote our agency and establish connections within the community.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue opportunities to generate leads and referrals for potential clients in need of home care services.
- **Educational Presentations**: Conduct informational sessions and presentations to educate referral sources and community members about our services, benefits, and value proposition.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- **Collateral Development**: Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content, to support marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- **Tracking and Reporting**: Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing efforts, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports to the marketing team.

**Qualifications**:.
- 2+ years of experience in HomeCare Marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, including digital marketing, event planning, and promotional tactics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory and attend events as needed.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation required.

Pay: $72,665.00 - $79,550.00 per year
