Returns Management: We manage and store products returned from major e-commerce platforms for our parent company in China and other partners.

Repair Services: Our professional technical team provides high-quality repair services for short-distance (electric commuting) products such as electric scooters.

Customer Service: Our customer service team strives to offer an exceptional customer experience, addressing consumer queries and concerns.

Return Sales: We sell professionally repaired and certified refurbished products for our clients, facilitating the swift processing of returns.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, handling, organizing, and counting tasks, ensuring efficient and accurate warehouse operational processes.

2. Assist in loading and unloading goods, check received items, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of goods.

3. Restock inventory and organize storage areas, keep the warehouse tidy and orderly, proficient in pallet wrapping.

4. Verify the quantity of goods, responsible for picking, scanning, and shipping, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

5. Assist in inventory management, conduct regular stock checks, handle returns, and ensure accurate and secure inventory.

6. Handle basic office operations, including document printing and data entry, ensuring accurate and complete warehouse data.

7. Collaborate with the warehouse manager and other departments to complete other related tasks, enhancing warehouse operation efficiency and quality.

**Qualifications**:
1. High school diploma or above, have certificate for forklift, over 1 year of experience in warehouse management or related fields is preferred.

2. Familiar with basic warehouse management knowledge and operational skills, able to use warehouse management software proficiently.

3. Responsible, detail-oriented, good teamwork and communication skills.

4. Physically fit, able to handle physical tasks like moving and organizing.

5. Proficient in English communication for technical discussions and problem-solving, proficiency in Chinese would be a plus.

6. Good work ethics and professionalism, committed and responsible towards the job.

7. Must have legal US identity and SSN, eligible to work legally in the U.S, and willing to do W2 form tax declaration.
