International Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team. The Logistic Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring efficient and timely delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the supply chain process, including transportation management, shipping, and receiving
- Plan and schedule shipments to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and monitor product movement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time delivery
- Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to coordinate shipments
- Resolve any issues or delays in transportation or delivery promptly
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including tracking shipments and updating databases
- Conduct analysis of logistics operations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Proficiency in using transportation planning software and warehouse management systems
- Familiarity with AS400 or other inventory management systems is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make quick decisions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools is preferred

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
