**Key Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-Day Sales
- Lead generation, including door to door, cold calls, community events, mailers, referrals
- Document and update sales process in CRM
- Ensure customer satisfaction, maintain strong client relationships post sale
- Conduct inspections of roofs and property exteriors
- Meet with insurance adjusters, collect scopes of work
- Prepare & present estimates and sales contracts
- Make presentations of company products and services to clients and prospects
- Negotiate with clients, follow up on sales activity
- Collect payments pre and post sale
- Assist with contract change orders
- Be available for site visits during project builds
- Prepare job files for submission to production, including work and material orders
- Attend regular sales meetings and trainings
- Set personal and professional goals
- Monitor market & industry trends to stay informed and competitive

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets
- Ability to generate referral and door-to-door leads
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software to document and update sales processes
- Strong customer service with experience in maintaining client relationships
- Capable of inspecting roofs and exteriors
- Effective presentation skills for promoting products and services
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Familiarity with construction or roofing industry trends is a plus
- Goal-oriented with a drive for personal and professional development
- Self-starter mentality with a knack for persistence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
