**Duties**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available car models, features, and pricing
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right car for their needs
- Negotiate sales prices and financing options
- Upsell additional products and services, such as extended warranties or maintenance packages
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for the sales process
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads, appointments, and paperwork
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable sales deals
- Proficient in sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to cold call and conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads
- Effective public speaking skills to present information to customers and answer questions
- Familiarity with retail math for pricing calculations and financing options
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer base
